Hello,
I am trying to decide between two dev kits - basic and pro ..
I have seen the videos that introduce the two kits - but here is what I could not get: the basic kit has DA14580 module and that makes the basic kit quite sufficient to program/test a BLE application. Whereas for pro - there are some additional abilities to measure power consumption - but it does not contain daugher board (DA1458x module) which is a separate purchase.
For me, I need to first evaluate DA14580 and/or test my BLE application, and for now I think basic kti should be sufficient.
Can anyone here help me and provide any additional information for the differences between basic and pro kits?

这些木板的基本区别is mainly the power measurement feature, also another thing is that the pro kit is equipped with a an FTDI for printing and UART downloading and the basic kit is using the UART of the Atmel processor that is also used as a JTAG. For even more info you could check the manuals of the pro and basic kits in the Development kit tab.

One more quick question: if I go with basic dev kit, can I still debug the application code in Keil uVision IDE? or any other tool included in SDK 5?

Hi SilasValera,
Yes you can use the basic kit in order to debug your application using keil 5. Just remember that you can't use sleep mode while debugging and you will have to disable it.
