i´m trying to do the otp memory burning, and when i press the reset button on the board, it doesnt work, this is not to be burned on the daughter board, is in a device. ive followed all the steps on the guides, do you have any idea why is not working?
i´m working with a P2ML3078 board.

I am not aware of the board you have i guess that is a murata module and you are trying to connect to the module through UART. Please check that your UART connections are ok and also check in the Smart snippets that in the board setup tab you have selected the proper uart pins.

I am having the same problem, the Dialog DA14580 Panasonic evaluation board. My colleague and I have compiled a program with the KIEL compiler and now want to burn the program into the one of the beacons that came with the evaluation board. As we work through the instruction, we are using the smart snippets, and trying to burn the program into the OTP. We are using the tab for the Boot Loader, we see that the COM3 port is successfully opened, we see a prompt for started the download procedure, then a prompt to press the hardware reset button on the board to start the download process, another prompt comes up for the Reset Detected...and then nothing happens, for minutes, no other prompts occur, and the log is blank. We don't know what has gone wrong.
does the Panasonic evaluation board for the DA 14580 need a 6V source to burn a program into the OTP

The board that you have is a dialog's pro board with a PAN module daughter board ?The 580 requires a 6.8V steady voltage supply in order toburn the OTP.
