Is there a tool to convert the hex file to the bin file?

Hi,dear Dialog,
I am working dual boot loader,when using the mkimage.exe to create .img file, i found out that i couldn't get the bin file from keil. So is there a tool for me to convert the .hex file to the .bin file?
