I was wondering how the antenna matching works. In the DA14531 datasheet, there is a 1.8pF/3.3nH/1.8pF pi network right at the RF pin. Is this required to get the pin to 50 ohms?

The reason I'm asking is that the AN-B-027 app note has matching as well. Are both matching networks required (the pi network from the datasheet plus the matching network in the app note), or is the datasheet's pi network a placeholder, and can be replaced by the matching in AN-B-027?

This document describes a method to recover the DA14680/681 from a possible system level ESD event. Such an ESD event might happen in applications using the external 32.768kHz crystal. The document presents a simple and cheap external Watchdog Circuit to Reset the DA14680/681 and recover from the event. Applications using the internal RCX oscillator and no external 32.768 KHz
crystal do not require this circuitry.

Hi I've been running the DSPS demo on PAN1740 module successfully, I am however struggling to find an application note on the DSPS profile describing the different services and characteristics being used, is there an application not describing this or do I have to figure it out using a packet sniffer and the available source code?

And also are there any license limitations on using the DSPS profile?

Thanks
