Dialog Smartbond Bluetooth Low Energy – Tools

Hi! I have been following the instructions in the Getting Started Guide for the Dev-Kit Pro (UM-B-049). I am pretty sure I have followed all of the instructions for downloading the correct software/drivers. Now, when I follow the instructions for running the "BLINKY" example, and I get to step 7 in Table 8 (Settings for Debug), no device name is showing up in the SW Device Window.

To try to fix this, I used the JLink.exe program to quickly check if I could connect to my device. I tried to connect via SWD with the Default speed of 4kHz and it could not connect to the target.

If you need more info/screenshots please let me know, but any help you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks!
