有2个问题：
大量数据长时间使用notify上传数据，有些时候notify这个操作会失败，导致丢包。
上传数据几分钟后出现蓝牙程序崩溃死机现象。
note：上传数据频率25hz，长度20字节，蓝牙连接间隔20-40ms
