Hi,

Now I'm working to implement the SUOTA functionality into DSPS reference peoject.
#1. Target Board : DA14580 Development Kit-PRO.
#2. base project : DSPS ref. preoject fromhttp://support.dialog-semiconductor.com/reference-designs
#3. SUOTA example code : prox_reporter.upprojx from the SDK 3.0.10.1
My starting project is above #2 and implement the SUOTA and DISS. The code modification is fully based on the above #3 source codes.

At final stage, the ambiguity is occurred.

Hi,

I want to use the SUOTA feature of the DA14580 to program the device for the first time. I want to do this to reduce footprint and remove dependency from external programmers.
Can this be done in industrial level with many devices and can it be done to program the OTP?

If so are there some certain setting that need to be done?

How to update the software over the air (SUOTA) with the SmartSnippets ?

Hi,Dialog!

I recently doing SUOTA, use a DA14580 device that external SPI FLASH as SUOTA Initiato, and the SmartSnippets v3.6. I have the following problems:

1.How to open the SmartSnippets with UART/SPI mode?Is the use of DA14580 Dongle?

2.Now I open the SmartSnippets with UART mode,but in "Establish Connection using DA14580-01/DA14581", there are two tips:

A. SEGGER J-Link V4.72-Emulator selection: no emulators connected via USB. Do you want to connect a J-Link via TCP/IP instead?

Hi dialog!
I have some problems while testing SUOTA with smartsnippets.
I use connection manager to initiate a develop board as peripheral(SUOTA receiver) and start to advertise.Then use smartsnippets to open another board as SUOTA Initiator.
1.After choosing COM port and press"connect" button, it always alert " COM X port is externally used". But I am pretty sure that the com port is not used outsite.
2.after that , below log info show up,and the initiator could not scan the receiver successfully.
