Smart Snippets Doc folder is private
FYI.
When installing Smart Snippets 1.6.3 on ubuntu I was root, so users were unable to get access to the folder /usr/local/DiaSemi/DOCS but were able to run smart snippets.
I had to open (chmod 777) the docs and its contents, the installer should have done this for me.
