No RX Sample Log output Meassages

We are reviewing DA14586 products using SmartSnippets V 5.0.10.2434.

However, there is a problem while downloading the prod_test_586.bin file to review using the RF Master.

I checked with SmartSnippets(TM) Toolbox User Manual (UM-B-083) but could not receive sample Log Output message.
