Learning to Start

I am currently working on design our product using PAN1740 which part number is ENW89846A1KF. I have connected the TX, RX, CTS, and RTS of PAN1740 to RX, TX, RTS, and CTS of the microcontroller with a 1k resistor in between of each line. A GPIO of the microcontroller is connected to the Reset pin of the Bluetooth. We want to run the Bluetooth device use System SRAM and load program into the System SRAM each time when it boots up. Where can I get some information about that? What is the best way for me to start?
