SUOTA not working with ble_all_in_one example application, Invalid Product Header error
I am using Dialog Pro kit with 14583 module. Trying to do SUOTA with ble_all_in_one example application. Using the latest Dialog Suota app for Android from the Google Play store. I followed document AN-B-010 DA14580 using SUOTA_0.pdf to prepare image and flashing and doing OTA with the Android app. Even though I am following the procedure correctly, Android app gives the error that "Invalid product header". Why it is so? Is there something missing in user guide for 14583 device? Can you please check the application and provide the resolution?
