Production test, windows 10

Production test tool on windows 10 doesn't work. Why?
Is a mine problem or is a compatibility problem?

Sorry but the prod_test tool or any of our tools aren't tested on windows 10.

As mentioned above our tools including Smart Snippets are not tested under winows 10 yet, but i dont think that you will have problems, i can't tell you for sure though.
