Not using the Sleep Clock Crystal

Hello!

In our design, we do not plan on using the sleep mode.
We will ground the Reset pin, and supply power to the DA14580 when we need it. When we do not need it, we
will power it down accordingly.

We do not plan on sending the board to sleep.

What should be done with the X32p and X32m pins?
