KEIL IDE crashes after I press the Debug-> settings button

In the Keil IDE the IDE craches the moment I press under the tab Debug -> Settings.
I selected Use: J-LINK / J-TRACE Cortex. And followed the instructions to get the sample project
DA14580_peripheral_setup.uvprojx working.
Interestingly, when I load a Atmel project it does not crash after pressing the settings button
I use the J-Link lite.
