No there isn't a new iBeacon project, you can use the existing Beacon reference design in order to develop the project you want, for beacon's there are application in Google Play store that pasrse different formats of Beacons as iBeacon, Altbeacon etc.....for example Locate is one of them that supports many beacon formats.

The existing Beacon project is standard,so,I can used the existing Beacon project directly.Right?
But i used a Beacon APP download from android Market,it is not work with the project.

But the existing Beacon project's advertising data is Constant.
I have a question:

Yes you can change the advertising data either from the SPI or from the custom service when the device becomes connectable by using the button. When you connect to the beacon you can use the extra characteristics of the custom service to change the uuid, major, minor, companyid, advertising interval, tx power as document indicates.

You can find all the available current measurements in the Beacon documentation. You can reduce the power consumption by setting longer advertising intervals.

Hi YuanhangWu,
What kind of sleep are you using deep or extended, deep is less power consuming but it requires the OTP. The \xc5 value is just a static value that informs the android application about the output power of the beacon in 1m. With that value the android application can calculate the distance of the device. The RCX20 is not more power consuming by the XTAL, dialog recomends that the unused pins to be left as floating but i suppose that you are ok with the reset pin to the ground and it wont cause you any trouble. Also you can reduce the transmited power by using Near Field Mode (check the datasheet page 153, Note 25 for further information). You can enable the near field mode by defining NEAR_FIELD_MODE_ENABLED.
