With the change of the ball diameter from 0.3 mm upt o 0.45 mm i´m looking for a footprint / layout recommendation while the diameters are changed.

Hi Uli,
when we have a 0.3mm balls diameter, the land variation would be 0.20-0.25 (20% reduction) as opposed to 0.45mm where we would have a variation of about 0.30 - 0.40. So approximately 0.1mm. hence this would not be a big change. the device might stand slightly higher but by a very negligible amount
