I was trying to upgrade from Greenpak Designer v.6.09 to v.6.10 but failed. I first uninstalled v.6.09 and then installed v.6.10. At the final stages of the installation an error window popped up saying "There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

Hi, I downloaded and ran setup as administrator as suggested but still did not work. The installer hangs when running "C:\Program Files\Silego Technology\GreenPAK Designer v.6.10(64-bit)\driver\Driver Installer.exe". DOS window pops up and nothing happens. The installer then uninstalls everything. I tried installing my D: partition but still did not work. I tried to run "Driver Installer.exe" manually as an administrator and again the DOS window pops up but hangs. I tried to kill the Installation process using Windows Task Manager but the installer still uninstalls everything before shutting down the process.
Is there somewhere I can download v.6.09 again?
Can I use the 32-bit version on 64-bit windows machine?
