SLG46620 voltage...

I just received my programmer, AG socket kit, samples, plus an extra 100 SLG4660-A - as I'd like to use the TSSOP package.

My designs are 5V, and when reading the datasheets on the website I saw the range covered 5V.

I have now pulled up the datasheet for these -A parts and they're automotive rated, listed as 3.3V. However, under Absolute maximum ratings in the datasheets, both parts show 7V maximum rating, and all other draws, maximums, etc. are identical.

汽车零部件5 v有能力在不-automotive uses? Are they simply de-rated on voltage? Can I use the -As the same as -Gs?

The Autograde version of the

The Autograde version of the device (SLG46620-AG) has an extended temperature rating of -40 to 105C which required us to de-rate the voltage to 3.3V. If you are interested in using a commercial grade part with a temperature range of -40 to 85C, we offer the SLG46620G, which can accommodate 5V Vdd.

Please note that any GreenPAK part number containing “-A” is an AECQ qualified autograde device. The last letter of the part number shows the package type

TSSOP is denoted with G

TQFN is donoted with a V or P

Additionally, we will be coming out with a future AECQ qualified version of this part in TQFN that can accommodate 125C and up to 5.5V Vdd.

Thanks for the clear answer.

Thanks for the clear answer.

Can the -A parts be programmed as -G parts (since they're the same die) and used, derated at 5V? This is for beta testing, non retail work only - -G would be properly ordered for production runs.
