I am using PGA in SLG46620V and I dont know it is not possible configurations to use the channel 2, I mean, it is possible configurate PGA as Differential single or pseudodifferetntial, but in any mode it is not possible use IN+Channel2

You can use IN+ Channel2 only in Single-ended Mode. In order to activate it you need to change Channel selector from VDD to PIN16, the channel selector is a digital input where HIGH selects IN+ Channel1 (PIN8) and LOW selects IN+ Channel2 (PIN9). So when PIN16 is LOW you will use IN+ Channel2. If something is unclear, please see the attached file, hope it will be heplful.

There is an analog multiplexer on input of PGA block (VDD/PIN16 select the channel), so you can connect to the different PINs, but only one can be chosen as IN+.
