My Dip and Advanced boards arrived today.
I have some 108 chips on the 20 pin headers.
I have the dip board connected to the PC, and selected as my debug platform but I have no success trying to debug on the chip.
All options are grey except for change platform, Import configuration, and some of the pin control buttons like Int Vdd, Ext Vdd.
I tried applying 3V between pins 1 and 11, nothing changes.
I'm missing something on getting into debugging, but what?

It seems I have two options. I can work on the home laptop where debugging works, but the help for logical blocks is in grey on grey text, partially transparent and therefore unreadable, or I can use my work computer where the help is nicely readable but where debugging does not work.
Hi David,
there is some issue with devboard driver or cable connection. Please try to connect your board to USB port placed on the motherboard of your PC and/or reinstall the software.
The successful connection will be shown in the bottom of Designer's window in Debug mode, see attached.
The boards enumerate on my desktop, but GreenPAK designer simply won't use them.
我测试过每一个usb port on my desktop, and neither the DIP board or the Universal Dev board will work.
Both enumerate on every port.
On my laptop, both work fine. W10, latest updates installed.
