hi,dialog:
Now ,I have a question. when my device go into external sleep , the 1.41V MCU's power did not become 0 V . it become 0.92V . is it right ?
the attachment has a picture which is catched by my oscilloscope. In this mode a SW timer wake up the da14580 one second a time.
Device:
Hi liyang,
I suppose that when you say external, you mean extended and i suppose that when you say 1.41V you mean 1.41uA. The ~1.41uA is the power consumption of the 580 when this is in sleep mode, you will never see zero power consumption, if that is what you are expecting and if i understand you question correctly. If not please clarify your question.

hi,dialog:
Thanks for your reply ! May be you did not understand my question. See the 2.pdf in the attachment . 1.41V is the output of the MCU DCDC.
Hi liyang,
Ok, now i get what you mean, and yes its the expected behaviour, when the device is in sleep mode the Vdcdc pin is approximatelly at 1V.
