range extender _ DA1458x Range Extender DA14580 + SKY66111

We are interested in Range extender Module - i have referred this document - UM-B-045_DA14580 Range extender ver 2 reference application_v1.1 , module mentioned in this document is DA14580 , Is the same module available with Da14583 , so that i do not need to implement external SPI flash ??

How can i get mentioned Range Extender with Da14580 module , Please share the link to buy and the Distributor details
