Using Production Line Tool to test hardware after manufacturing

Is it possible to run some test on a newly assembled unit coming out of manufacturing, but not load the OTP with the customer code?

For example: A new board just went through assembly steps at a manufacturing plant. The board is plugged to the PLT. I would like to run tests such:
_ Establish communication with DA14580
_ Trim crystal
_ Test RF output against golden unit
