I am not able to fine the SmartSnippets_Parallel_Programmer_Help.pdf document. Could you please clarify if you mean the document of the Production Line Tool (PLT)? Be aware that there isn’t any available tool, called “SmartSnippets Parallel Programmer tool”

This is a quite old version of Smart Snippet toolbox, and the SmartSnippets Parallel Programmer tool application GUI is neither supported nor existed yet. Please try to update the version of the tool. You could find the latest version in our support page.
