Dear Dialog,
I've try to booting from UART with prod_test_580.hex.(from SDK 5.0.4)
After we send SOH & LEN_LSB,MSB, DA14580 return 0x15(NACK) and abort booting.
It looks like that DA14580 return 0x15(NACK) when DA14580 received size which greater than about 43KB.
The prod_test_580.hex is 62KB.
How to booting from UART with prod_test_580.hex?

It seems that you are you using the Production Line Tool (PLT) and you are sending CLI commands. Can you please share that procedure that you are following? Which version of PLT SW are you using? Can you please follow theUM-B-041 : User Manual DA1458x/68x Production Line Tool HW and GUIin order to download the production test fw? How are you downloading the prod_test_580.hex?
Any further clarifications would be very helpful.

Yes, related.
We've not use the PLT.
We sending from our device with reference to UM-B-012.pdf.
Can write the binary file without PLT ?

If I understood correctly, you want to use the production test firmware in order to perform some RF tests, don’t you? If yes, you should use the production test project located under 6.0.10.511\projects\target_apps\prod_test\prod_test path. You should compile it and download firmware from the Keil environment. After that, you should use the RF Master from SmartSnippets toolbox. PLT is not needed. Please check section 20. RF Master. Link for the user manual is provided below:

We want to try RF test with D14580.
In 6.0.10.511\projects\target_apps\prod_test\prod_test, I can't found the binary and project for DA14580.
However, binary for DA14585 exists.

This SDK requirements Keil uVision5.

Could you tell me the project of RF test for Keil uVersion4, if it exist.

Apologies for the confusing. It was a type. I mean the Production Test firmware from the SDK5.0.4. The Keil project is in a similar SDK path: 5.0.4\projects\target_apps\prod_test. All the examples provided within the SDK are based on Keil5 IDE.

Could you tell me the RF test project which build with Keil uVersion4 ?

All the examples which come along with SDK5.0.4 are based on Keil IDE v5. However, you can give a try with Keil IDE v4 and check if you can build the projects.
