I'm getting a GU firmware version error when trying to use the PLT and from what I understand I should use Smart Snippets to update the firmware on the GU. Where can I find this tool?

Please visit our support portalhttps://support.dialog-semiconductor.com/connectivity. In the 14580 "Product" in the "Software & Tools" tab you will find the “Tools” drop-down menu. Here you can find and download the Smart Snippets toolbox. Be aware that you have to accept theSoftware License Agreement (SLA)first. Please, try to download it and hit into the padlock that will appear from the download. After that you will have to agree with theLicense Agreementand the you should wait until your access will be granted.
