I dont really understand the question, can you please re-phrase ? The 58x family is using keil for development and programming, all the reference designs and the SDK are developed using that IDE. Is that what you are looking for ? Or perhaps you would like sample source code in order to create an android application ? In that case you can have a look at the 583 product in the "Software & Tools" tab in the Mobile section, there you will be able to find the source code for the Android and iOS IoT application.
