is there a DA14680 development board available. I found the DA14681 but I need the DA14680 because of the internal flash.

There are no 680 dev kits available on the market, Dialog devkits are equiped only with 681's SoCs, currently there are no dev kits equipped with the 680 SoC.

Just to add comment to MT : if you use the DA14681 BASIC or PRO kit, both have external flash memory onboard , so you can devleop in the same way as if this was a DA14680 (since the same base chip).
