DA14580 PWM duty cycle value

I have a question about DA14580.
When changing the duty ratio with timer2_set_pwm2_duty_cycle () The PWM output value (GPIO pin) sometimes become High for one cycle of PWM.
What are the possible causes for this phenomenon?

Could you please check the timer2 peripheral example of the SDK? That example demonstrates dynamic change of the PWM2 duty cycle using the timer2_set_pwm2_duty_cycle () function. I am not able to replicate your issue, so could you please provide more information about this?
