Where exactly do you take this status error, on the application on the 580 ? On the phone ? There is no disconnection reason with the status error that you are mentioning. You will have to be more speciic than that.

This error was discovered by app developers, when they began to call interface connection da14580 may fail, Android ble protocol stack will return the 133 state（GattError - status 133）.We need to initiate a connection to again connect my device 14580.

From a quick search on the web i found that the status 133 is a GATT_ERROR, just to be clear this is related with android and not the 580 or the BLE specification, this status is send locally on the android and its not something that is send over the air, and its a generic status code. I trust that this is something related with the phone or the application. Please search the web for this, you will find quite a few issues with android and this status.
