Thanks for your question online. Do you mean BLE applications such asDialog SUOTA - Source Code - Androidmobile application? If yes, not – there isn’t any available demo application.

PC normal has Bluetooth module. Is it meaning that PC bluetooth module can't communicate with BLE module?

As long as PC has BLE module, it can communicate with BLE devices. E.g. you can scan BLE devices around PC with Windows tools.
