Wireless Audio

Hello,
We have a bone conduction headset for walkie talkie with cable and want to develop wireless model. Two module will communicate half duplex by wireless PTT button. When press PTT button our headset module get ready for get analog voice from bone and send wirelessly to other module which attached to walkie talkie via mic and speaker interface. After released button headset get ready for get voice from attached module and send speaker. Which product suitable for this? Can i use DA14580 or prefer voice over dect?
