Segger Jlink red led alert

Hi Support Team

we have a custom board based on DA14580 and Da14583 , i am using the segger Jlink to program , i am using the SmartSnippets_Studio_v1.5.3 for Windows OS ,

DA14580 custom board with Segger - able to debug - but SPI flash fails
Da14583 custom board with Segger - able to debug / flash - success

but while flash / debug in segger jlink red led alert is coming , what could be the issue ??

Hi prasanth.veliyangiri,

Most probably a connection issue of the SPI interface and the custom board with the SPI memory, also check if the Smart Snippets is properly configured to the proper pin/ports that you have connected the SPI with the 580 (check the Board Setup tab and select the proper pins that correspond to the connections that you have on the custom board). Regarding the red alert, if you mean the red light that the jlink has when there is a connection with an MCU, i suppose that this should be ok, since there is a connection it should be on.
