There is no standard footprint in datasheet or something that dialog provides as a recommendation. But you can have a look at the AN-B-018:da14580 Checklist for schematic and PCB layout and also you can have a look at the reference design section, there you will be able to find gerbers schematics and layout files for all the reference designs of dialog and most of them are using the WLCSP34 package like the proximity tag.
