DA14681 VDDIO pin

Hi, dialog
VDDIO pad is the supply power of QSPI Flash and is analog input type as the datasheet said. But we can't see any external power domain connected to the VDDIO pin in the "DA14681_basic_devkt_sch.pdf" schematic. In this case , is the soc internal 3.3v domain supply for the VDDIO pad ? And can it work well for supplying QSPI Flash?

Hi guixiang,

Hi guixiang,

The VDDIO pad is the flash interface pin, not exactly the actual power supply of the flash, its needed in order for the 68x to be aware for the voltage levels that the current flash operates. And, yes you are able to power the flash from the V18 or V33 depending on the type of flash that you are using, this is also mentioned on the UM-B-066 DA1468x-Development-Kit-Basic.pdf.
