I am using Murata P2ML 3656 BLE Dev Kit it uses the same configuration as DA14580 PRO dev kit.
Q1 : In my murata board UART is not working,
-i ran UART code no data in UART
-i tried smart snippets UART boot loader no reset happening, so not able to run booter
-i connected RS232 externally , now i am able to see data via UART
but FTDI device is detecting in windows Device manager......what could be the problem ???
Q2 : i want to use the murata Dev Board to measure the power consumption which uses FTDI, Because of the UART error i am getting error data in power profiler tool

Q1: Regarding the UART of the murata board, there should be some configuration jumpers that would connect the UART of the 580 with the FTDI that is located on the murata motherboard, check the schematics of the board and make sure that those jumpers are properly connected. Regarding the external FTDI, i dont get what is the problem exactly since you are able to detect the FTDI on the windows device manager ? The fact that you are able to detect an external FTDI and not the FTDI on board of the murata board that would be most probably an issue of the FTDI on the board itself.
Q2: Well you will have to solve the FTDI issue in order to use the Power Profiler tool.

Ans : i have tested this..all are proper...
i have tested the MURATA Dev Board with FTprog windows app, application able to detect FTDI and i can see the FTDI details.
Anyhow, we decided to replace FTDI in Murata Board, after mounting new FTDI do i have to change any configuration setting using FTprog ??
In DA14580 Pro Dev kit, Dialog Team has modified any configuration in order to make FTDI work ?

The configuration of the FTDI chip that comes along with the pro dev kit is done during production, i dont have the configuration in order to provide it and also i am not aware if the FTDI that the Murata board has uses the same configuration as Dialog's kit. If the FTDI on your board is somehow damaged and you are certain that its not a drivers issue then perhaps you should consider purchase a new motherboard instead of replacing the FTDI on the damaged kit.
