I am using DA14583, and when I use Smart Snippets to download my hex file, it shows that Read 0 bytes from file XX.hex, XXX bytes have been ignored 'because their record address was greater or equal to 0x8000'.
This blocks my development, Could you help me please? Thanks a lot.

I'm having problems with using uart2_write in the ble_app_all_in_one example. The output works for a while, but then it crashes. It seems I can make it work better by inserting sleeps and slow things down, but eventually it still fails.
So I started following the code, and it seems there's a recursion in the software that looks a bit strange to me.

I gained access to the restricted dev tools and supporting documents about a 1/2 week ago. I was able to download the SDK 5.0.4 zip file on my Linux machine (at which point I realized SmartSnippets doesn't support Linux, so I had to dust off the cobwebs on my small win8 machine); but the SDK zip downloads fail on my Windows computer, as do the links to SmartSnippets and Connection Manager.

我的DA14583在不休眠的情况下，都可以正常建立链接。但启用外部休眠时，链接10次有3次会失败。具体的情况见附件里的 da14583-test.pdf 。
从图上看
1、DA14583 在建立链接时，如果能从休眠状态唤醒，功耗变大，就能正常链接成功。
2、DA14583 在建立链接时，如果没有能从休眠状态唤醒，功耗没有变大，就建立链接后出错。
