I wish to use my 14580 development kit to burn OTP into my custom board using JTag. On the custom board side, I wish to implement aTC2030-NL-FPfootprint to connect to the 14580 development kit via JTag.
I am looking to implement a frequency range detection function like what is shown in the link below. The cookbook states that it can be done on any GreenPAK. However, the SLG46620V does not have the frequency detect mode on its Counter/Delay generators. Is there a way to implement this function on the SLG46620V?

On Sheet 11 Table 2 of the SLG46170 Data Sheet it references typical delays, the first row references a tpd forDigital input to PP 1X. How is this defined ? Is this input (pad) to single output (Push-Pull) pad ?
Also, what's the difference between "Digital input" and "Low Voltage Digital input"? Both are referenced in Table 2.

I want to configure the SC14CVMDECT as FP and be able to send text messages (SMS) to registered PPs (the PPs are commertially available handsets, so I am not free to implement my own protocol).
I can't find any documentation on how to do that, however I have found a hint, that it should be possible with the SC14CVMDECT and Natalie stack.
Can you please give me any pointers how to start with this topic?
