Development Board Connection

I am having a problem with connecting my GreenPAK advance development board to my PC. As soon as the device is plugged in the indicator light comes on and then after a second goes off. It is not recognized by the Designer software. After trying to reconnect the device, it doesn't produce a response. After testing a board that was confirmed to be working, trying to connect it to the PC produced the same response as the first board. What could be happening that prevents the boards from connecting to the PC?

DSPS(5.150.2) HOST功能bug问题

在使用DSPS(5.150.2) HOST功能时，发现一个很奇怪的BUG。使用KEIL debug功能，下载到RAM运行，程序没有问题。但通过Smartsnippets软件，下载到SPI flash中，发现无法运行。
主板上有LED，使用LED来指示。发现程序加载成功，并且也运行了。
GPIO_SetActive加在rwip_init(error)之前，灯就能被点亮
加在rwip_init(error)之后，灯就不能被点亮。
因此可以认定是程序运行rwip_init(错误)出了问题,该函数在system_init()中。但KEIL DEBUG却没有问题，这倒是很奇怪。原生没有任何改动的DSPS host也存在这样的问题。

另一方面 DSPS DEVICE一直在产品中使用，没有这样的问题。

目前程序功能测试没有问题，只存在烧到FLASH中无法运行的情况，麻烦请帮助找到问题，多谢！

We're struggling to work out how to use the differential ADC. Firstly the values returned from GP_ADC_RESULT_REG seem to be a factor of 4 higher than what we expected and secondly the differential value reduces in magnitude when the measured voltage difference actually increases:

An In-Circuit programming command line tool has now been uploaded to our support site. The command line tool negacts the need for the In-Circuit Programer GUI and instead can be run from a DOS command prompt or called by another program. The command line tool can be found in the software section for our DA9061/62/63/63L devices. The In-circuit programing application note has also be updated to reflect the new tool.

I am using ble_app_peripheral as the basis of my application
There are a lot of other changes I have made to the basic ble_app_peripheral sample code but I think they won't be relevant to this particular question

After connection between smartphone and the DA14580 development board, the board stops BLE advertising
After about 10 seconds of this, I notice GAPC_PARAM_UPDATED_IND message is always generated
