DA14531 Deep Sleep with Timer1

Sun, 2020-10-25 15:28--slvick0f1

I was able to use your "Deep Sleep Configuration" example to and successfully set up to wake from Timer1. Using the Power Profiler I see that my average current consumption is around 40uA.

I would like to achieve even lower average current consumption using the same setup, but perhaps modulating the Timer1 time to wakeup. Looks like it might currently be waking up every 700msec.

Verifying the scaner's identity

Hello there,

Is there a way to detect a previously paired device?

I'm using thescan_request trackerexample andble_app_securityand I'm able to print out the address of the device that has sent the scan request. However, I want to check this address and know when a device that has been paired and is disconnected, sends a scan request.

Is there a way to verify if a device has been previously paired with?

Hamid

Maximum number of SysRAM read/write - sleep mode

星期一,2020-10-19 14:07--posciamelo

As far as I understood, in deep sleep mode it is possible to also power off the SysRAM to save more power and then program the SoC so that the OTP (One-Time Programmable) is instructed to automatically get mirrored into RAM upon every wake up.

Although more power efficient especially for long advertising intervals, I was wondering what would be the effect in the long run of having the application being mirrored again and again into RAM at every wakeup.

Is there a guaranteed number of read/write operations for the SysRAM?

Thanks

Can't control DA14531 from PC terminal

星期一,2020-10-19 11:45--filipesousa

Hello Dialog,

I'm using a DA14531-00FXDEVKT-1 to connect the PC terminal to SmartConsole Android App. Firmware on the dev board is Codeless Standalone Set-One.

I can send a string from the PC terminal to SmartConsole using pipe char. But can't send AT commands to control the module.

从SmartConsole,使用“+打印= sometext”我get response "OK" but nothing reaches the PC terminal.

Best regards

Filipe

Can't erase/flash DA14531

Sun, 2020-10-18 08:35--exxfuture

Hello,

I think I might have bricked my DA14531 USB DevKit by flashing inappropriately modified SW onto it.

Now, when I try Connectiong through SmartSnippets Toolbox (v5.0.14) it prints the following:

[INFO General @20-10-18 10:30:46] Could not measure total IR len. TDO is constant high.
[ERROR General @20-10-18 10:30:46] No known chip found while opening JLink connection. Terminating proccess...
[ERROR SPI Flash @20-10-18 10:30:46] Failed downloading firmware file to the board.
