DA14531 Data Length Extension
Hi Dialog,
I wanted to transmit large amount of data by DA14531.
Is DLE (Data Length Extension) supported by DA14531?
Furthermore, is there any data transmiting API in SDK?
Thanks

So I've been working with the DA14531 Dev Kit Pro and I have been having trouble getting the MCU into hibernation mode. I'm just trying to do some preliminary tests and power characterization so I wanted to just use the example code. Following the instructions in the "Sleep Mode Tutorial" I wasn't able to get it to go into hibernation mode. On the test board I'm seeing anywhere from 200-400 uA depending on the voltage and whether or not I'm in buck or boost mode. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Dialog,
I wanted to try using the boards to transmit and recieve data.
Is there any built-in SDK for transmitting from one board and recieving the data at the other DA14531.
I have tried the examples as in the mannual.
Hello,
ARM Keil IDE had asked me several times to upgrade J-Link firmware before starting a debug session. I ignored the pop-up window several times and all projects built and debugged ok. I finally allowed the firmware update suggestions and it seemed to upgrade fine (100% complete, no errors), but now when I attempt to do a program/debug session I get a "No J-Link found" error.
Hi Dialog,
I'm working on HID application based product with DA14531. I have DK-USB with latest SDK version. The Haptic device is from TI and adafruit has made driver files for Arduino. The device works fine with Arduino I replicated it for DA14531.Issuses faced are,
1. Write byte of I2C mis-behaves after some period(100 ms).
2. I can't drive my haptic device with DA14531.
3. when I read a I2C register after immediate write, value mis-matches.
This issue become major setback for our product prototyping. I need urgent help from your side at earliest.
Hello Dialog,
I am trying to generate a very compact antenna for use with DA14531 with 1mm FR4 PCB.
In your application note:
AN-B-027: Designing Printed Antennas for Bluetooth Smart 22/02/2017 2.2
there is a ZOR antenna drawing on page 20 for 1.0mm PCB.
I have downloaded the DXF file for this antenna (ant_zor.dxf) from:
AN-B-027: Designing Printed Antennas: DXF files 04/04/2017 1.0
HI,
Is it possible to store the few bytes data(say useful readings) in memory ofDA14531或DA14585which device can retain (data) even if power goes off?.
Plz.let me know.
Thanks& Regards
I have a custom board with DA 14531. I am using SDK 6.0.12.1020.2. I have written a simple application that reads battery status and transmitted it in manufacturing data of advertising packets with advertising interval 1s. I want to measure the current of my application and calculate battery life. please suggest any method for the same.
Hello, we have a DA14531 DK Pro kit, and want to use it with your Power Profiler tool to measure our device's power consumption. Unfortunately, based on our design, if the input voltage to our device is less than 3.5V, it won't work. But listed on your User Manual, there are only 4 kinds of voltage (3.3V/3.0V/1.8V/1.1V). Is there a way to achieve this?
Thanks in advance.
