Hi DIalog Team
I have a daughtercard DA14580-WLCSP package .I burned the proximity reporter_fh in development mode .I can see the advertising waveforms in smartsnippet power profiler ,but the ble dongle or smartphones couldnt detect the daughter card ! One of my daughtercards is facing this issue others work fine .Since advertising waveforms are visible in smart snippet ,why it is not detecting in client side ?

which smartphone tool did you use to scan ? and does smartphone detect one daughtercard but not the other ?

Its a custom ble app .it scans all ble devices ,including other daughter cards.I tried with the Dialog Dongle using connection manager ,but it is not detecting. In smart snippet advertising waveforms appears still!
Hi Hrg, does your custom app support more than one simultaneous connection ? so if you disconnect from the first , can it see the second one ? without knowing the app it is quite difficult to diagnose, but i woudl check that quickly. Or if you use a different app like Nudge (proximity app), does that see the second daugther card when it scans ? If it doesnt work, let me know and i will ask someone else in the team. I have generally 100% record in getting the daughter cards to work properly since they are very robust.. BR JE_Dialog

By mistake the daughter card which was modified for boost mode was used in the new motherboard where the jumper settings was for buck mode.After correcting the jumpers of the new mother board ,after some time the Daughter cards seems to be working now .But still i was surprised by the unexpected behaviour of one daughtercard alone .!
