DA14580 as master

How can I know the SPI mode of DA14580 ? Can I configure to work in all 4 modes of SPI .i.e. (CPOL=x CLK=x)?

You can use the spi_init function from the spi driver in order to configure the SPI module. Please have a look at the UM-B-051 document section 10.5 for more info regarding the spi driver, all the required configuration parameters are passed through that function.
