How to burn a software into the flash by DA14580_Production_Line_Tool_v_3.170.2.36

Now I want to burn a software into the flash with DA14580_Production_Line_Tool_v_3.170.2.36 ,

In the tool,my steps are:
GPIOS:
uart pin: TX--P04 RX---P05 Baud Rate--115200
spi pin: CLK---P00 CS---P03 MISO--P05 MOSI---P06
XTAL Trimming pin: P05

MEMORY FUNCTIONS:
Select only "SPI Flash"

EXECUTE:
Select "Programming" , and click "START" button.
