我find that when going into debug mode, uVision crashes 1/2 times. I asked Keil and they don't know what could be the problem. It only happens with Dialog devices.

but in the PDF it tells you to install a pack that doesn't seem to exist any more. For the device under options for target I have chosen ARMCM0 - is this correct?

我personally haven't noticed any behaviour like this and i have been using the 5.14 and the 5.17 versions of keil. Apparently some of our customers are experiencing this kind of issue and there is no good explanation about it. The pack in the installation manual (DFP package) is no longer provided by keil and you should be able to connect and debug properly with the default installation packs. Yes your setting is correct the device under the target options should be ARMCMO0.
