没有得到选择的解答::ArmCortex_DFP

Hi,

I have installed uVision Version 5 on my system and trying to set it up by following steps mentioned in Section 4.1 of DA14580DEVKT-BUserGuide.pdf. But even after step 4.1.3, I am not getting option "Keil::ARMCortex_DFP" under Packs tab. I already downloaded and install the ARM.CMSIS.4.4.0.zip.

Can someone please help me here?

Hi DV,

You should be able to program the da without installing the DFP package just use the default ARM:CMSIS pack, is should be allready installed in your keil installation.

Ok, so I need to select the ARM CMSIS pack and then I can program the DA. So I need not to install the DFP package to program the DA, then what is the purpose of that package?

Hi DV,

This package is no longer provided by keil, you can work as good with the generic ARM package.
