DHL Issue

HI Dialog,

I had requested for a refrence device of Beacon which is shipped from greece and is in Mumbai. I had got a call from DHL customer care asking for submitting the documents for the same to clear the customs. BUt the courier is in the name of BAswaraj Enventure where my last name is wrong(I do not have any ID proof for that). Can you please issue a declaration invoice to the DHL greece in the name of MAdhusudan and to the same address so that he can provide the documents related to it and take the courier.

And one more query do I have to pay anything when the courier is delivered to them>?
