We programmed PAN1740 with sps_device profile using UART. We made some changes (SW flow control, undefined EXT_SLEEP) in config file to make data transfer both ways (PAN-to-DSPS and DSPS-to-PAN). DSPS-to-PAN communication was not possible otherwise. We observed that using a default trim value for XTAL16M from OTP increases range.
Now we want to connect PAN1740 to a different android application (Bluetooth Serial Chat). The earlier version of our product is based on such app. We want to use a standard android app for this purpose. However the app does not pair with PAN1740. We’ve also observed that an Android phone detects PAN1740, but does not pair. Can someone please guide us.
