Remote Mouse can't connect to the PC

Hi:
I use the Remote Mouse ,which came from the Dialog Ref designs, but the PC,running on win8.1, can't find the mouse and can't connect the mouse with PC?
Why not and who can help me?

There is no known issue from dialog and win8.1, your PC should find and connect to your device. Is your PC capable of finding any bluetooth devices that support BLE ?

This shouldn't be happening also, by the time you hit connect the mouse should work, the security is minimal in the reference design, is there anything changed in the code? Can you write down the indication message the pc outputs ?
