Download Smart Snippets and Connection manager

Hi, I am trying to download the tools smart snippets and connection manager but cannot find any link that works. Are the software tools already included in SDK if so then provide the instructions on how to install them.

嗨Krutarth,我可以确定you ahve SDK access : can you download the SDK ? if not, i will block adn unblock your access . That typically removes a problem . The tools are not included in the SDK but separate downloads.
